Windows License Error

    Anyone see this on trying to start the newest version? I can't seem to figure it out. Just unzipped and tried to run the .exe

    This error is appear only on Web Edition server, i really don't know way. At this moment haven't solution, install it on non- Web Edition windows server/7/8
