Scrolling issue with scheduler

When trying to scroll down through my scheduled tasks, the list automatically returns to the top after a few seconds of scrolling. It makes it very awkward to edit specific tasks since I have a list stretching into the hundreds.

Additionally the ability to scretch the schedule window would be great. Right now the Scheduler History takes up the majority of the screen and it'd be nice to be able to see more of the scheduled list.
