Enhancements

• New parser Check::RosKomNadzor - checks the existence of a domain or links in the registry of prohibited sites, work requires an antigate
• New parser SE::Google::Translate - text translator via Google Translate service
• New parser SE::Yandex::Translate - text translator via Yandex Translate service

Corrections due to changes in the output of services

• Parser SE::DisconnectMe was deleted due to a permanent redirect to DuckDuckGo, use it instead SE::DuckDuckGo
